FAQ's
Cost Includes:
- India - USA - India by economy class airfare
- Accommodation on Quad Sharing basis (4/room)
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on all days
- Pure Vegetarian(Jain) and/or Non-Veg meals are also available at most places
- All sightseeing and Entry fees
- Surface transportation and tour in air conditioned coaches
- English speaking guides where ever required
- Visa Charges and Travel Insurance which is mandatory
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking & Cancelation Policy
- Tour cancelled after booking: Rs 20000/- will be deducted plus cancellation charges if any
- Tour cancelled after airline tickets are blocked : Rs 80000/- will be deducted
- Tour cancelled 60 days prior to tour date: 40% of the total tour amount
- Tour cancelled 45 days prior to tour date: 60% of the total tour amount
- Tour cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date: NO REFUND
- No Show due to any reason: NO REFUND
Cost Does Not Include
- Any items of personal nature such as beverages, portage, laundry, telephone etc
- Any extra baggage charges other than allowed limit.
- Any other item not mentioned under the "cost includes" column
- Tips are Mandatory in the USA. A tip of USD 4/- per person per day is payable to the driver directly.
- Any cost incurred while going for the US Visa Interview
- If visa is not granted Rs 25000/- will be deducted and the balance refunded
- 5% GST to be borne by the Participants.
US Visa CheckLists:
- Letter from school / College mention the purpose of visit.
- Original Passport.
- 5 Photo 50X 50 mm White backgrounds.
- School / College ID Proof.
- Parents Income Tax Paper (03 Years personal)
- Parents Bank Statement (06 Months Personal)
- Property Paper.
- Bank F. D
- Hotel Confirmation Letter & NASA Confirmation letter (Will be provided by us.)
- NOC Letter from Parents side & School/ College.
- Leave Sanction Letter for Teacher.
- Original Birth Certificate (Below 14 Years).
Important Info
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the Student, Innovians Technologies will not be liable for the same.
- We not responsible for any breakdown of vehicle or delay in flights, etc. Once the Airlines, hotels & restaurants for meals booked cannot be changed at any circumstances, any change done is at your own risk by paying the difference.
- All the services are pre-paid & no refund will be given for any changes done or any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
